Review of Kinect for Xbox360

Ever wanted to know what the possibilities of the future of gaming holds? The motion-sensor controlled system has the hype of a king at the moment in the gaming industry. The idea of the controller being your body and speech is one of firsts.

The actual connectivity to the Kinect takes a small amount of time before playing. Syncing yourself into the system as if your in your own matrix. For the best results of the game an open space to play around the 360 is your best bet. With objects such as lamps, cats, dogs, and birds can interfere with the connectivity of the Kinect sensor.

The dashboard for kinect is fairly simple as you would with the 360 dashboard is basically laid out for the game in your 360 to be played, Avatar editor, Kinect tuner (Setup), Sign in, Achievements, and Kinect ID. Kinect Id's setup will be the reason for your automatic login when you step in front of your 360. It recognizes you a few times throughout the day and your different appearances to gain a memory how to log you in everyday.

Voice control on the Kinect is great and easy to get along with. Anything on the screen can be chosen by voice of command, and just because you see a Startrek Logo doesn't mean scottie will beam you up if yelled.

Kinect has certain titles that have been aimed for only kinect. Some titles include:
Kinect: Joyride, Kinect: Sports, and Kinect: Adventures

"I hope Santa has a bigger bag"

Kinect has really brought a new challenge to the gaming world. The quality and response of the gaming are very good and are awaiting to be put on larger titles like Need for Speed, Sonic and some shooters for the Xbox 360. This system is a great buy and will be a great gift for the holidays.
